Sprint for Christ
The Speed Factory will be holding a free sports camp at Kidd’s Park Starting June 16 through June 30. The camp will meet on Monday’s and Thursday’s at 6:00p.m and will end at 7:00p.m.
“Sprint for Christ,” is a Strength and Conditioning program that focuses on speed and agility, for kids ranging from 6th- 12th grade; and or College Freshman.
Benefits include increases in:

· Coordination/Foot Work
· Confidence/Self-Esteem
Bio: Former Vigor High School Athlete Elmore McConnell, internship strength and conditioning and volunteer assistant sprint coach at Mississippi State University. During that time he’s had hands on training with over 23 All-Americans, 3 NCAA Champions, 6 Olympians and 7 other Professional Athletes.
Please be there to pick up your child at 6:50 p.m.

Camp will Start : June 9, 2008 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Please be there to pick up your child at 6:50 p.m.
